About the track
From the southern start straight the road winds through a tight paperclip, dives under the first bridge and loops round on the east side to cross over that same bridge. After a dense S and U complex in the middle, the long northern straight runs under two more bridges, and the lap later climbs onto them as a raised U-shaped viaduct. A technical descent then leads to the broad western upland and the long run back to the start.
The bridge decks and their 20 m approaches are asphalt, the rest of the lap is gravel, and the bridges have solid rails. The road is narrower than on any other track and every banked corner leans inward. Unlike the other tracks, the surface is completely clean, with no water puddles, potholes or jumps: just the line and the brakes. There are 30 checkpoints, and three laps make a 6 km race.
Day, night and mirror
Siltaharju Night runs the same road after dark: the fog closes in and your headlights switch on automatically. Siltaharju Mirror and Siltaharju Night Mirror drive the lap in the opposite direction, so every corner becomes a new challenge. Each of the four versions keeps its own personal best lap in your browser.
